jupyter/juputerlab 自动显示 conda 环境

说白了三句话：

1、在你的conda环境中安装jupyter/jupyterlab，不限制是不是在base环境；

2、在安装jupyter的环境中安装 nb_conda_kernels

conda install -n notebook_env nb_conda_kernels

3、在其它没有安装jupyter/jupyterlab的环境中安装 ipykernel

conda install -n python_env ipykernel

# 或创建的时候就安装：
conda create --name python_env ipykernel -y

打开jupyter/jupyterlab就会显示多个conda内核，也可以随意切换。
