一个核心的矛盾就是有motif的TF只占我们知道TF的一半不到,那自然在做分析的时候,很多motif就被忽略了,我在想能不能构建一个de novo的DNA motif数据库,在分析数据时我们还能有另外一个选项。

TFBS鉴定工具:

能不能找到对应TF的DNA-binding domains (DBDs),针对性的设计gRNA或者药物。important mutations in DBD in cancer.

classify TFs into structural families
position frequency matrices (PFMs)
position weigth matrices (PWMs)
