一、问题：

问题是你的mapper接口配置了，但是没有被扫描到
二、解决：
- mapper接口添加@Mapper或@Repository，然后在Application启动类上添加MapperScan("mapper包的路径")
- 编写MybatisPlusConfig时在上面添加MapperScan("mapper包的路径")
