  • Definition: The purpose of garbage disposal is to remove the garbage quickly, treat it harmlessly, and finally use it reasonably. There is also incineration, but it pollutes the air and invests a lot.
  •  Method: Sanitary landfill, high-temperature composting and incineration are the most widely used methods of garbage disposal today.According to the situation of many kinds of garbage disposal methods, there are the following trends: ⑴ industrial developed countries, due to the increasingly tight energy and land resources, the proportion of incineration treatment is gradually increasing; ⑵ Landfilling as the final disposal method has been a large proportion of waste; ⑶ most agricultural developing countries are mainly composting; ⑷ Other new technologies, such as pyrolysis, sea reclamation, and mountain landscaping, are making continuous progress.
  • Domestic refuse: In the process of urbanization, as the product of urban metabolism, domestic garbage has been the burden of urban development. Many cities in the world have been besieged by garbage. Today, if garbage is properly disposed of, it will be regarded as the most potential and inexhaustible "urban mineral deposit", a "misplaced resource". This is not only the in-depth understanding of domestic waste, but also the inevitable requirements of urban development.Urban domestic garbage does great harm to the environment. It pollutes the atmospheric environment, underground water sources, soil and crops, and affects the life and health of urban residents. And there are some hazards that are difficult to eliminate after they are caused. In order to achieve sustainable development and environmental protection, it is more and more urgent to treat municipal solid waste. Meanwhile, the technology of harmless treatment and recycling of municipal solid waste is more and more demanding. 
  • Farmland waste: China is a big agricultural country, the cultivated land area of more than 1.8 billion mu, there is a rich amount of straw produced every year. Such a huge amount of biomass straw, because there is no good technology to use, is still mostly abandoned and incinerated. It not only caused a sad waste of resources, but also brought an impact on the deterioration of the environment that cannot be underestimated. At present, all countries in the world pay attention to the comprehensive utilization of agricultural and forestry waste biomass, and the utilization ways are mainly concentrated in three aspects: energy, feed and fertilizer. Our government also attaches great importance to it and spare no effort to support and promote the comprehensive development and utilization of straw. In the first document in 2006, it was required to focus on promoting the comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste technology, and the financial investment alone reached hundreds of millions of yuan. However, due to the imperfect policy, the low level of research and development, some key technologies are difficult to break through, and the 2001 figures mention that about 400 million tons of straw are discarded every year
  •  Future prospect: With the gradual attention to environmental issues, energy conservation and environmental protection have become the theme of development in various countries, and have begun to provide industrial development opportunities for garbage disposal. The average annual growth rate of waste in the world is 8.42%, while the growth rate of waste in China is over 10%. The world produces 490 million tons of garbage every year, and China alone produces nearly 150 million tons of municipal garbage every year. China has accumulated 7 billion tons of municipal solid waste. Under such huge garbage pressure, there is reason to believe that the garbage disposal industry will become a star industry in China in the future.
