配置强制全双工:

端口的速率不需要协商,但是双工模式需要协商
port1(100M FD) 和 port2(10/100/1000M) auto 协商,速率为100M(不需要协商),双工模式协商失败,port1为FD,port2为HD(非协商而来,乃是默认模式,默认为半双工)
