法则一:获胜的龙虾从不低头,昂首挺胸
Attend carefully to your posture.Quit drooping and hunching around.Speak your mind.put your desires forward,as if you had a right to them-at least the same right as others.

法则二:像照顾生病的宠物一样关心自己:待已如助人。
To treat yourself as if you where someone you are responsible for helping is,instead,to consider what would be truly good for you.This is not "what you want." It is also not "what would make you happy."
待己如助人,这意味着你需要选择对自己真正有好处的事物,即使这些事物不一定是你想要的或是令你快乐的。
法则三:放弃损友:与真心希望你好的人做朋友
Don't think that it it easier to surround yourself with good healthy people than with bad unhealthy people.It's not.A good,healthy person is an ideal.It requires strength and daring to stand up near such a person.
和善良上进的人为友并不比和糟糕颓废的人为伍容易,因为前者代表着一种理想,和他们通行需要力量与勇气
