工具类Utility的定义
将不同的功能封装为方法,就是可以直接通过调用方法使用它的功能,而无需考虑具体的功能实现细节。
首先创建Scanner类以供后续本类使用。循环获取控制台输入的字符串并存入字符串line中,判断字符串line是否为0、为负或超出限制都将重新获取line。
成功获取则返回line。
