SYMPTOMS
On : 12.2.7 version, Mobile Mfg.
User is trying to Complete the Job from Oracle WMS gets the below error.

Txn Failed WIP_WORK_ORDER_LOCKED
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Telnet(Oracle WMS )
2.Perform Complete Assembly Transaction and get the error.
"Txn Failed WIP_WORK_ORDER_LOCKED".
CAUSE
Multiple users/programs tried to update the work order XXXXX at the same time due to which a lock has occurred.
SOLUTION
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1.The error indicates multiple users/programs tried to update the work order at the same time
due to which a lock has occurred.Wait for sometime and try the transaction again so that lock be released and transaction will be successful.
2. Retest the issue.
3. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
