1、训练图片的形状

1)形状改变规则

(1)规则1:同一batch的图片尺寸一致!

(2)规则2:尽量使劲图片长宽h/w比接近1

(3)规则3:图片大小接近为640

(4)规则4:图片尺寸要是32的倍数!而且尽量大点!

2)这里只是初步处理,训练时加载图片时,还会有预处理

            # Set training image shapes
            shapes = [[1, 1]] * nb
            # 迭代batch索引
            for i in range(nb):
                # batch索引==i的ar。因为ar也排序了,所以当i=0时,就是ar开头的部分
                ari = ar[bi == i]
                # h/w优化:使h/w接近1
                mini, maxi = ari.min(), ari.max()
                if maxi < 1:
                    # [maxi, 1]->[640 * h/w, 640]
                    shapes[i] = [maxi, 1]
                elif mini > 1:
                    # [1, 1 / mini]->[640, 640/(w/h)]->[640, 640 * h/w]
                    shapes[i] = [1, 1 / mini]

            # np.ceil([w/h] * 640 / 32 + 0.5) * 32)
            self.batch_shapes = np.ceil(np.array(shapes) * img_size / stride + pad).astype(int) * stride
