My previous nights' sleep sometimes changes randomly for some reason. And app has recorded Falling Asleep at 3AM or getting up at 6AM when I have gone to bed and got up at my normal time. It also often records either a Nap or Falling Asleep when I have been sitting watching a film!

Zero chance that the data on the sleep tracker is valid data. Highly in accurate, therefore useless.
Zepp app is not good
You need to add the option watching tv before going to bed.

While I feel sometimes it is spot on. There are times it does not accurately reflect how I slept. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in sleep medicine and obstructive sleep apnea treatment I understand there are limitations to this type of monitoring. I feel that it can be a effective trending to to help monitor a person's overall health.

When it tells me I’ve slept more than 7 hours, I know that it couldn’t possibly be true.

When I had my old watch, it would show I typically got a lot more deep sleep. I think since your trying to sell this AI sleep music, you're trying to make me think I need it by acting as though I'm not getting much deep sleep.
When I get up to go to the bathroom, the sleep reading is counting that as if I just went to bed then, forgetting that I've already slept for several hours. So several statistics are incorrect.
When I first started this it did not count my starting g time of 10 to1030. Now it seems to startmuch better.
When I fall asleep at 9 o’clock the system thinks I fell asleep at 12 o’clock. That is not accurate.

Watch frequently freezes or shuts down at night. I assume because a button is held down by my pillow or blanket in my sleep. Watches also lack any legitimate certifications.

Wake up times, whether it's in the middle of the night, or getting up for the day, are not always right. I wake up throughout the night and it never records it.

To be clear my issue may not be with the app but the watch itself (GTR Pro LE) It does not distinguish my morning and evening commute. Easily 20 minute walk each way. Steps are not tracked. Hit or miss and very disappointing. I will be migrating back to an Apple device.

This app/watch does not recognize when I sleep. I go to bed at midnight and then maybe wake up at 4:30 to go to the bathroom, then back to sleep. The app always thinks I fell asleep at 4:30 and rates my sleep from there. It never recognizes that I fell asleep at midnight. Things like time sleep started and awake times feel very inconsistent and often inaccurate.
They sleep analysis is highly inaccurate. For example, there have been times that I've lay in bed for 2 hours wondering why I can't fall asleep only to discover that I've been sleeping like a baby according to the Zepp app. Another aexmple being the many occasions I've woken up, wandered to the toilet, checked my alarm and taken a mouthful from my bedside drink, yet the Zepp app records me as sleeping throughout.
They are monitoring my sleep when I'm awake.
There is a lack of information in the application on how to improve stats or get states on certain line items to provide data, aka no data

The wake-up data is inaccurate and you cannot edit it. On multiple occasions I've woken up in the middle of the night and Zepp says it was for 20-30 minutes when it was actually 2+ hours. I was not getting up and walking around during that time, I was attempting to remain relaxed as to fall back asleep. Because it is so wildly inaccurate on that easy data marker, it makes me distrust any other sleep data provided.

The times are not accurate. I know it did not take me an hour and a half to fall asleep last night.
The time my watch says I'm going to bed isn't always right. There's been several times I know what time I went to bed and the watch says I went to bed 1 or 2 hours later. And I know I wasn't laying there for 1-2 hours tryingto go to sleep...I would remember that. That's why I have it a 5. It's not very accurate at times. The testing done by experts in YouTube. They test the relative accuracy of sleep detection against professional sleep tracking, and, as much as I love my band, the tracking only appears to be mediocre.
The start-up of sleep time most of the time is not accurate; example I know fell asleep at 8:30 pm but the sleep stage will day fell asleep at 12:00.

The REM and deep sleep score is not accurate. It’s based off percent of total sleep. So if you get 7 hours of sleep with 15% deep sleep you get a higher score than the same duration of 8 hours of sleep. REM and Deep sleep should be based on total recommend amount and not percent of total sleep.
The rating system is not accurate and therefore not helpful The reason I bought the watch was to monitor my sleep and ow I find that the watch canny adequately do so. Also while the watch has been synced with my iPhone, at times I get a notification on the watch that the phone is not connected. Makes no sense.

The concept is cool. I also like being able to measure about how much sleep I get on average. However, the watch doesn’t always pick up when I’m awake in the middle of the night.
The chart is really nice. Awake times are a little off. I'm up feeding a baby in the middle of the night right now and zepp sees it as a 5 min per less wake up even though I'm out of bed for half an hour. Feels a little insulting haha. I think sitting in a chair awake must look the same as sleeping in the data though.

The app doesn't encourage me to exercise it just points out shortcomings in a way that discourages me. I don't always sleep well because of leg pain the app says things like worse than 75% of users. Keep going! like I have control over my quality of sleep. I know I can do some things but I am and the app isn't focusing on what I CAN do just what I didn't.
The analyzer is never accurate. It can't tell the difference between meditation and sleep. It also won't track sleeping during the day - it only counts as Naps - which is a problem since I work at night. And it can't tell you anything about any sleep unless the band is on tight enough to make it feel as though you're losing an appendage.
The analisys is not acurate, and sometimes the app deletes parts of the previously made data, making the overall averages useless.
The accuracy of the monitoring is flawed, it often does not detect when I get out of bed in the middle of the night and in the morning it takes time to recognize that I woke up, even when I get up. The Smart Alarm always, without exception, wakes me up 9 minutes before the scheduled time, making me doubt its capacity, since we have a 30-minute window.

Steps are off by a good 3,000 vs what I got on the fitbits i had. Harder to use do not disturb on this app and can not reply through app to texts.
Stages of REM not measured right
Sometimes, I used to watch a movie before sleep, but the watch start to coun the time sleep so when I check it, apparently I have like 2 hours more of sleep, so it's no accurate. The same thing happen when I wake up, I check my phone for a half hour in my bed and que watch told me that I'm still sleeping. With my Xiaomi smart band 6 this situation never happened

Sleep analysis is limited to people that have standard sleeping schedules. I work nights, thus sleep during the day, and the tracker logs all my sleep as a nap. It seems as though this could be a setting to allow proper tracking of sleep for day sleepers.

Shows incorrect awake time. For example, last night I was awake 4 times, twice for 1-1.5 hours each time, the other two times for around 5-15 minutes. During the 2 long duration awake periods I purposefully moved my wrist frequently to see if the band would register the time as awake.When I got up in the morning, the app showed I was awake twice for a total of 5 minutes, a significant failure. This happens every night, or at least every time I check the app in the AM - which is nearly every day. Would definitely not recommend.

Que no es exacto, tengo como ejemplo un día que me dormí a las 9:30 pm y me desperté a las 11:50 pm, luego de eso no pude dormír hasta las 4:20 AM y desperté nuevamente a las 6:00 AM y marcó que dormí durante 8 horas y no registró el tiempo despierta.
Que falta datos por ejemplo las siesta lo lo general las omiten
