步骤:

1. 访问 bing.com/new, 先尝试点击加入候补名单, 如果出现出错了, 请重试, 继续以下步骤
2. 根据brant_liu在微软社区的回答, 需要先点这里(https://rewards.bing.com/optout)退出 Bing rewards program, 再点这里(https://rewards.bing.com/)重新加入.
3. 如果还不行, 就清空缓存, 重新尝试.
