在ubuntu的docker中apt-get update更新失败：GPG error: https://developer.download.nvidia.cn/compute/cuda/repos

在ubuntu的docker中执行apt-get update时报错 ：
W: GPG error: https://developer.download.nvidia.cn/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu1804/x86_64 InRelease: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 此处显示一个公钥

解决方法：
apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 上面显示的公钥
