Oracle enterprise manager cloud control(emcc）是用于oracle 数据库性能管理，实现数据库运营自动化的平台，主要使用场景包括:
a、发现、修复和验证数据库性能问题：
一体化的诊断、调优和验证并实现了自动化，可加速故障排除和纠正措施。
b、自动进行数据库生命周期运营：
数据库运营全面自动化可减少手动工作，消除人为错误，并及时更新最新补丁。
c、在用户受到影响之前解决问题：
主动管理警报模板，自动发送通知，加强团队协作，以快速排除问题，避免客户 IT 运营受到影响。
这里介绍emcc 13.5、oracle 19c、oracle linux 8平台版本部署方法，其他版本类似。
1、至oracle 官网下载emcc 13.5、oracle 19c db 安装文件以及数据库模板文件：
2、安装os，部署好19c 数据库并更新补丁，dbca 通过下载的emcc 数据库模板建库：
a、对于OL/RHEL 8环境，执行runrunInstaller 安装程序，报如下错误:
解决方法:
定义好如下环境变量后，重新执行:
export CV_ASSUME_DISTID=OL7.9
或者
export CV_ASSUME_DISTID=RHEL7.9
b、安装好数据软件、补丁后，将emcc 数据库模板文件解压至dbca 模板目录，执行dbca创建数据库：
unzip 19_11_0_0_0_Database_Template_for_EM13_5_0_0_0_Linux_x64.zip -d /u01/app/oracle/product/19.3.0/db_1/assistants/dbca/templates/
c、根据实际情况，选择大、中、小三种部署环境的模板：
d、等待数据库创建完成后，执行datapatch:

3、部署emcc ：
a、建立emcc安装所需目录，并赋权:

mkdir -p /u01/app/swlib --oracle software library
chown -R oracle:oinstall /u01/app/middleware

chown -R oracle:oinstall /u01/app/gc_inst
chmod -R oracle:oinstall /u01/app/swlib
chmod -R 755 /u01/app/middleware
chmod -R 755 /u01/app/agent
chmod -R 755 /u01/app/gc_inst
chmod -R 755 /u01/app/swlib
b、上传emcc 安装文件至服务器，执行em13500_linux64.bin 可执行文件进行安装:

安装前的OS环境检查，如果有失败或者警告的项目根据提示进行相关参数修改调整直至所有检查项目都通过:
指定middleware、agent 安装目录:
根据实际环境，选择需要的插件:
指定weblogic server 管理员账号密码以及OMS 实例目录:
指定后端数据库主机名、端口、数据库服务名、管理员密码:
安装前的DB环境检查，如果有失败或者警告的项目根据提示进行相关参数修改调整直至所有检查项目都通过:
指定sysman 以及代理注册密码，密码可以设置成一样:
emcc 使用到的默认端口号，可以自定义端口号，推荐默认值即可：
确认好配置无误，进行安装:
等待安装进度100%(比较久，需耐心等待),按照提示以root账号执行allroot.sh脚本完成安装部署:
