摘要：在当今社会的高速发展过程中，产生的劳动力越来越大，提高人们的生活水平和质量，尤其计算机科技的进步，数据和信息以人兴化为本的目的，给人们提供优质的服务，其中网上宠物美容尤其突出，使我们的对宠物喜爱方式发生巨大的改变。而线上宠物美容，不仅需要在硬件上为人们提供服务网上宠物美容，而且还可以省去许多时间去实体店选择宠物，既可以吸引用户流量好，还可以宠物美容，更要在软件上为需要服务的人提供必要的便利。于是灰灰宠物美容网站便应运而生。
目前在本课题范围内，分析了管理人员对宠物的管理现状和现有的用户对管理人员的服务的要求。首先根据以前的灰灰宠物美容网站的设计模块，总结出符合自己的技术，便于开发灰灰宠物美容网站，选择基于SpringMVC的框架开发的系统，将此技术运用于灰灰宠物美容网站研发。开发工具软件选择Eclipse ，数据库软件选择MySQL服务器。本系统采用的是B/S模式，web方向的研发，还需要Tomcat作为WEB服务器，来运行项目，另外还使用了Spring和Mybatis框架技术。系统具有专门的供用户使用的前台和专门供管理人员使用的后台。对于管理人员而言通过使用该系统使得日常宠物管理、用户管理、美容知识管理等全部在网上进行，对于用户而言可以用查看宠物的流程以及在线宠物寄宿和美容项目查看的功能。
在灰灰宠物美容网站系统的实现下，管理人员能够充分发挥信息化处理的优势，提高日常管理的处理速率。用户一方可以更好的享受信息化处理带来的便利。系统运行能够稳定且高效。并且人机友好程度能够显著提升。

Abstract: In today's society of high-speed development, the labor force is more and more big, improve the quality of people's living standards and, in particular the progress of computer technology, data and information to people XingHua for this purpose, provide high quality service, the online purchase cosmetics especially, make a big change to our way of shopping. Online shopping, on the other hand, not only needs to provide services for people on the hardware, but also can save a lot of time to go to the physical store to choose cosmetics. It can not only attract good user flow, but also can buy cosmetics, but also needs to provide necessary convenience for people in need of services on the software. Then the cosmetics mall system came into being.
At present in the scope of this topic, the analysis of the management of cosmetics management status quo and the existing users of the management of service requirements. First of all, according to the previous design module of cosmetics mall, it summarizes the technology suitable for its own, which is convenient for the development of cosmetics mall. The system developed based on the framework of SpringMVC is selected to apply this technology to the research and development of cosmetics mall. The development tool software is Eclipse, and the database software is MySQL server. This system adopts the B/S mode, the development of the Web direction, but also needs Tomcat as the Web server, to run the project, in addition to the use of Spring and MyBatis framework technology. The system has a special front desk for users and a special backstage for managers to use. For managers through the use of the system to make daily cosmetics management, user management, order management and so on all on the Internet, for users can use to view the process of cosmetics and online purchase cosmetics function.
Under the realization of the cosmetics mall system, the management personnel can give full play to the advantages of information processing and improve the processing rate of daily management. Users can better enjoy the convenience of information processing. The system can run stably and efficiently. And the human-machine friendliness can be significantly improved.

灰灰宠物美容网站项目分为两种角色，普通用户，和管理员。涉及到的功能和权限各不相同，普通用户只能浏览网页，和宠物美容，管理员权限比较大，可以对网站信息，和宠物进行增删改查等操作。
对于管理人员，其使用习惯是偏向于实用性和安全性。希望该系统能够高度安全，并且能够正常实现管理业务的各项功能。
对于用户而言，其更倾向于界面友好性和便捷性。不仅希望系统能动态展示，还希望系统能够做到“一步到位”，其希望能实现的功能除了正常的业务以外还希望能够网上进行宠物美容预约。
