报错信息：
SDK version issue. This app was built with the iOS 16.0 SDK. All iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 16.1 SDK or later,
included in Xcode 14.1 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution.
Starting April 29, 2024, all iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 17 SDK or later,
included in Xcode 15 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution.
报错原因就是xcode版本过低，升级到14.1及以上版本就好了。
官方文档有言——使用 Xcode 构建，需要Xcode 14.1 或更高版本，详见：使用xcode构建版本。
