下载SUNDIALS压缩包：
https://github.com/LLNL/sundials/releases
解压
build：
创建build文件夹，打开CMAKE，源码来源选择上一步解压好的文件夹；输出选择build文件夹
然后按这篇文章进行勾选：https://blog.csdn.net/qq_44246618/article/details/114240234
install：
打开build后的文件夹，打开SUNDIALS.sln，找到ALL_BUILD，右键生成
