多个VS版本编译报错：
错误 1 error MSB8020: The build tools for v142 (Platform Toolset = 'v142') cannot be found. To build using the v142 build tools, please install v142 build tools. 原因：VS版本和工具集不符。
外要特别注意 debug、release版本项目属性配置是否相同，工具集选择是否一致，是否都正确。可能编译release版本看的却是debug的项目配置。
可以直接编辑.vcxproj，它是MSBuild格式的文件，更改配置
