新建的nagios，本地RHEL6.0报HTTP/1.1－－403错误
HTTP WARNING: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden - 4184 bytes in 0.001 second response time
是因为nagios不断地 检查apahce的根目录， 在寻找index主页文件， 于是在/var/www/html/下touch一个空的index.html文件就OK了
