安装pip3 install psutil

解决方案

修改DNS：

$ sudo vi /etc/resolv.conf

nameserver 8.8.8.8

nameserver 8.8.4.4

保存后再次执行sudo apt-get update命令

安装必要的依赖，执行这个命令：

sudo apt-get install python3-dev python3-pip libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev zlib1g-dev libffi-dev libssl-dev

执行安装指令：

pip3 install psutil
