npm 项目启动 process out of memory

执行 npm run start 报错： API fatal error handler returned after process out of memory；
或者 构建 npm build xxx报错： Fatal process out of memory: Zone;
如字面意思 oom 了，把别的程序关一关就行了；
问题在于一般想不到起个 npm 还会报这种错误；记录一下
