大概流程如下，详细请参考外网(基于ubuntu)

买新的磁盘（比较小的）
挂载新的磁盘到旧服务器上
复制旧服务器的根目录到新的磁盘上
安装grub 到新的磁盘上
把新磁盘的uuid修改为旧磁盘的uuid
修改新磁盘的system label为旧服务器的system label
旧服务器关机
detach旧磁盘，attach新磁盘到/dev/sda1
启动服务器
