Install Adobe Flash Player
Press Ctrl+Alt+T for open Terminal and try the following commands;
sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ $(lsb_release -sc) partner" sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer
Install the extra packages.
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
