关闭Windows Server 2016防火墙
配置C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts添加如下信息：
192.168.1.91 db1
192.168.1.92 db2
192.168.1.93 db3安装MySQL和MySQL Shell

2. 按照MySQL Group Replication要求调整my.ini
