摘 要
网络的广泛应用给生活带来了十分的便利。所以把电子病历管理与现在网络相结合，利用java技术建设电子病历系统，实现电子病历的信息化。则对于进一步提高电子病历管理发展，丰富电子病历管理经验能起到不少的促进作用。
电子病历系统能够通过互联网得到广泛的、全面的宣传，让尽可能多的用户了解和熟知电子病历系统的便捷高效，不仅为群众提供了服务，而且也推广了自己，让更多的群众了解自己。对于电子病历而言，若拥有自己的系统，通过系统得到更好的管理，同时提升了形象。
本系统设计的现状和趋势，从需求、结构、数据库等方面的设计到系统的实现，分别为前后端实现。论文的内容从系统的设计、描述、实现、分析、测试方面来表明开发的过程。本系统根据现实情况来选择一种可行的开发方案，借助java编程语言和MySQL数据库等实现系统的全部功能，接下来对系统进行测试，测试系统是否有漏洞和测试用户权限来完善系统，最终系统完成达到相关标准。

Abstract
The wide application of network has brought great convenience to life. So the electronic medical record management and the current network combined, using Java technology to build electronic medical record system, electronic medical record information. It can further improve the development of electronic medical record management and enrich the experience of electronic medical record management.
Electronic medical record system can be widely and comprehensively publicized through the Internet, so that as many users as possible understand and be familiar with the convenience and efficiency of electronic medical record system, not only provide services for the masses, but also promote themselves, so that more people understand themselves. For electronic medical records, if we have our own system, we can get better management through the system and improve the image.
The current situation and trend of the system design, from the requirements, structure, database and other aspects of the design to the realization of the system, respectively for the back end of the implementation. The content of the paper shows the development process from the aspects of system design, description, implementation, analysis and testing. The system according to the reality to choose a feasible development plan, with the help of Java programming language and MySQL database to achieve all the functions of the system, then the system is tested, test whether the system has vulnerabilities and test user permissions to improve the system, the final system to achieve relevant standards.

电子病历的需求和管理上的不断提升，电子病历管理的潜力将无限扩大，电子病历系统在业界被广泛关注，本系统及对此进行总体分析，将电子病历信息管理的发展提供参考。电子病历系统对电子病历有着明显的带动效应，尤其对管理者的管理帮助更大。
根据现有的模块，除管理员对系统所有的信息进行管理；另外前台还需要对首页、关于我们、我的等内容进行配合管理。总体按以下几点进行设计；

本章主要是对系统可行性、系统性能、还有系统功能需求进行分析。
(4)系统设计
对系统系统功能和数据库等进行详细讲解。
(5)系统的实现
主要对首页、个人中心、病人管理、医生管理、电子病历管理、关于我们管理、系统管理的实现。
(6)系统的测试
在系统编码实现后，就需要对系统进行检测，检测的方法有黑盒测试和白盒测试两种方式，本系统采用的是黑白盒测试方法对不同组的数据进行功能模块测试。
(7) 总结与心得体会
在论文最后结束章节总结了开发这个系统和撰写论文时候自己的总结、感想,包括致谢。
病人进入系统前台可以实现首页、关于我们、我的等，在我的页面可以对个人中心、电子病历等功能进行操作。
