随着经济的不断发展和信息技术的广泛应用，许多企业都面临着前所未有的挑战。特别是在疫情等特殊时期，企业需要更加注重财务管理，以确保日常运营的稳定。财务管理系统的开发和应用对于企业来说至关重要，它能够帮助企业记录和分析日常的收入和支出情况，合理规划未来开支，避免财务危机，为企业可持续发展提供有力支持。
本文重点研究了中小企业财务管理系统的背景和意义。通过使用SSM框架和MySQL数据库，设计出高效的中小企业财务管理系统。同时，利用Visio等工具绘制了系统的UML图，进行了系统的分析和设计。该系统具有完善的角色权限划分和功能，界面美观、操作便捷，能够有效地管理企业财务，提高管理效率。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of the economy and the widespread application of information technology, many enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. Especially during special periods such as the epidemic, enterprises need to pay more attention to financial management to ensure the stability of daily operations. The development and application of financial management systems are crucial for enterprises. They can help record and analyze daily income and expenditure, plan future expenses reasonably, avoid financial crises, and provide strong support for sustainable development of enterprises.
This article focuses on the background and significance of enterprise financial management systems. Design an efficient enterprise financial management system by using the SSM framework and MySQL database. At the same time, a UML diagram of the system was drawn using tools such as Visio, and the system was analyzed and designed. The system has a comprehensive role permission division and functions, a beautiful interface, and convenient operation, which can effectively manage enterprise finance and improve management efficiency.
