numba无法支持nopython错误解决

• 归因排查：
  • numba是GPU加速库，可能是与pyg存在不兼容的问题，因此需要修改并尝试合适的版本，原始版本为numba 0.58.1
  • 环境：cuda101+torch151+pyg150+py38
  • 通过pip install numba==0.55.0解决，版本过低会报numpy不支持long的错误。
